9. Payment Systems

9.1. Use of Third-Party Payment Providers:
To process online payments, contributions, and donations made through our website, the Organization may use third-party payment systems (hereinafter referred to as “Payment Providers”), such as VISA, Masterсard, PayNet. These payments may include membership contributions, donations, or payments for services provided.

9.2. Transmission of Data to Payment Providers:
When making payments through Payment Providers, certain personal data, such as your name, contact details, and payment information (e.g., card number, expiration date, and security code), may be transmitted to these Payment Providers to process the transaction. This data is necessary for the successful processing and confirmation of payments.

9.3. Compliance with Legislation and Data Security:
The Payment Providers we work with are required to comply with the legislation of the Republic of Moldova, including laws on personal data protection, and to implement appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect your personal data. We strongly recommend that you review the privacy policies of each Payment Provider before making payments to understand how your data will be processed.

9.4. No Storage of Card Data:
The Organization does not store and does not have access to your full card details (e.g., card number or CVV code). All information related to payment details is processed directly through secure Payment Providers. The Organization only receives confirmation of the success or failure of the transaction, along with the minimum necessary information for accounting of contributions and donations.

10. Changes to the Privacy Policy

We reserve the right to modify this Privacy Policy at any time. Any changes will be announced on our website or by other accessible means.
